How should I word a car accident release of liability?
In my opinion, your vehicle accident release form is legally sufficient. However, it can be improved. Instead of:
"IV. Non-Admission of Liability. Releasor understands that Releasee does not, by providing the value described below, admit any liability or responsibility for the accident described in Section II or its consequences,"
I would prefer:
"No party to this Release admits any wrongdoing or any liability by signing this release."
There are also typos and grammatical errors, but they are of no legal consequence. Does the above satisfactorily answer your question?

Hi. I have been practicing law for 40 years. I would like to help you. Can you please post the proposed release here? Also, what is your specific legal question about it?
Thanks. Can I send you the agreement I am putting together for an accident liability release? I need to know if this release is sufficient.

I see it. Are you the releasor or the releasee?
Releasee. My son was driving. The car was in a parking lot.
