I was in a no-fault car accident in NY. The day after, someone named Sebastian (not a lawyer or doctor) contacted me and referred me to Belushin Law and Adagio Chiropractic. I now realize he was likely a runner, and I never gave consent to be contacted or referred.
I asked to settle the case and requested all documents (liens, bills, case file) from both Belushin and Adagio. I only received a drop letter from Belushin and nothing else. I also filed a HIPAA complaint and an attorney grievance.
