I think I may have been misclassified as a 1099 contractor when I should be a W2 employee. This is in Washington and I live in Seattle. The main office is in Covington.

I am so sorry that they did this to you. I hope you will file here and pursue this matter. You may also want to hire a lawyer and sue for wrongful termination too.
