[TX] [TX] How do I revoke multiple powers of attorney with a single revocation letter?

My sister-in-law has two medical powers of attorney that were made in November of 2024 and the other about 3 years ago. She now wants to revoke those and appoint a new agent. In a revocation letter should both agents (one for each of the two POAs) be listed in the same letter or can we make 2 separate revocation letters for her?

Is a Transfer on Death Deed necessary to make sure my MIL’s half of a 4-plex is passed on to me?

Let me type in this last question. My MIL and Aunt-in-law had a property (4 Plex) that was in their name and the way I read it, it was right of survivorship. They each own 1/2 of the 4 Plex. My Aunt (her sister-in-law) did a quick claims deed to remove both of the spouses that are no longer with us. Anyhow, I need to do this TODD for my mother-in-law's half of this property left for me upon her passing. Do I just write it up just like the deed I have in front of me with the details and then if she should pass before me then her part of the ownership automatically then gets transferred into my name once I let the city know?

[NY] [NY] Where do I find the parcel number for a transfer on death deed? Should I list two primary beneficiaries?

I have two questions. In Brooklyn, New York, is the assessor's parcel number just the lot and block numbers? If I want my transfer on death deed to go to both my wife and daughter, should I list them both in the primary beneficiaries section or should my wife be the primary and my daughter the alternate? What are the pros and cons of putting them both as primary?

How do I revoke an existing trust to create a new one?

I would like to create a new trust for my mother. There have been no changes made in writing to the trust since 2014. I have called the original lawyer of the trust and she said that she would need a retainer of $5,000 and a written statement from my brother, who is the current trustee.
