My wife makes $240,000 a year, and she has been the primary breadwinner in our marriage for over 12 years. Now that we have drafted a Marriage Separation document, she wants to modify the alimony agreement to say that if she loses her job, if her income significantly changes, or if my income significantly increases, both of us should agree on modifying payments. How do I insert that language into our documents? Here's the section: IX. SPOUSAL SUPPORT (ALIMONY).

My kids' mother and I separated about two years ago, and we both agreed to split everything 50/50 regarding child custody and expenses. Unfortunately, we never put it in writing, and we don’t have a court order. I just created a parenting plan here. As far as custody goes, there are no issues. The issues arise when it comes to our kids' expenses—she does not contribute, even though she agreed to. What do I do if she doesn’t want to sign the parenting plan that puts our verbal agreement into writing?

My child was sent to her dad to spend a week, but it has now been five months and he hasn’t returned her. Now he wants to meet me at a point with the child. We have no court orders, and we were never married or lived together with the child. I need a detailed letter explaining that I have all rights to my child and he should hand her over peacefully to avoid consequences because he is forcing me to sign a parenting plan before handing her over.

I need to remove a domestic partner from the deed to a home that is financed exclusively in my name. He has paid to put siding on the house, and for other repairs over the years. However, he has never paid the mortgage, rent, or any utilities. He has gone back and forth on whether to sign over the deed. Sometimes he says yes, and other times in heated arguments, he says no.
