I have just got a parent travel consent form online for use for my 17-year-old travelling alone from the UK to Croatia for a week’s volunteer teen project this summer. Who would I need to get to witness and sign?

I have a 14-year-old son in the Philippines and need to get his Certificate of Birth Abroad. Unfortunately, I don’t have the money to fly there to file it. Is it possible to have a power of attorney given to someone there?

I have a car that was purchased in my previous marriage. I paid the car off before the divorce and that is the car that I was using throughout our marriage since we got it originally. We got divorced and I continued to use the car as always. When it came time to renew the registration, I wasn’t able to because it was registered under his name at the DMV. I have asked him multiple times to transfer it to my name and he has declined every time. He is now threatening to report the car as stolen to get me in trouble. What can I do about the car situation?

So I had a relationship that ended in 2021. The female from the relationship had a child shortly after. During our relationship and up to 3 months after, I never used protection and the activity was similar to that of people trying to make a baby. She looked pregnant at one point. Then she had a baby. How can I find out if paternity has been established? What does she have to gain by not establishing paternity?

In our child support case, my ex claimed "Significant financial hardship" in her objection to request a larger payment. She has provided no proof of such and has objected to all discovery requests to prove her statement. Though, she answered one that was in the same timeframe as others and in the same field (costs associated with providing for the children), yet objected to the rest as overreaching and irrelevant. This seems wrong. Advice?

I was just slapped with $11k in child support arrears due to my ex objecting to the original order last year. The magistrate didn’t allow me to present evidence, so my ex ended up being granted an increased amount from me and the $11k in arrears calculated back to April 2024. Will I be arrested even while paying it? Or would my ex be able to get me arrested for it being such a large amount?
