I live in PA. Tomorrow, I am giving Notice to Quit to both my tenants with 30 days notice due to wanting to move into the house ourselves.
I couldn’t find a form online that fit our situation specifically so I typed one up with all the requirements. Is that okay?

It is very common to self draft (custom write) legal documents if there are no templates available online.
Additionally, there is no obligation to speak to the son of a tenant. One may choose to do so but it is not legally required.

Also I am having a very difficult time having to do this. I will hand it to them both in person when I collect rent for May, and try to keep conversation minimal as possible but I know the one tenant her son will most likely contact me and have a fit.
If he does contact me do I need to answer him? In the past he has threatened me with lawsuits. He was the previous owner of this home before me. Thank you!
