My wife makes $240,000 a year, and she has been the primary breadwinner in our marriage for over 12 years. Now that we have drafted a Marriage Separation document, she wants to modify the alimony agreement to say that if she loses her job, if her income significantly changes, or if my income significantly increases, both of us should agree on modifying payments. How do I insert that language into our documents? Here's the section: IX. SPOUSAL SUPPORT (ALIMONY).

The name of the landlord on the lease agreement is different from the current owner of the property (sale took place on 02.14.2025.) I have drafted the Notice to Quit with the current landlord name. Are there other measures I need to take to address the sale of the property in the middle of existing lease agreements before issuing Notice to Quit?

I don't understand how to write meeting minutes. I know this website has a template, but it doesn't look like the example our bank gave us when we were trying to open a business account. Their example was for an LLC and we are an S-corp, so I didn’t know how to use their example when we have a different business type. Is there a way to make them up so we can open an account?
