How do I address privacy concerns with Open AI?

On Monday, 7/28, I was using my paid active subscription with ChatGPT, with the data control setting for “Improve the model for everyone” turned off. I even have proof and a screenshot of this. Then, after asking questions about what I had done with my interaction with the system, it informed me that it was using my data and input to improve the system and put safeguards in place to avoid me asking information it stated it uses to manipulate other users from stuff it is designed to hide. It used words like “lie,” “manipulate,” and “avoid designers don’t like,” and showed coding, the exact interactions it used to do this, and explained in depth how.

[NC] Can I bow-hunt while I’m on conditional discharge?

I am currently on conditional discharge for a low-level felony in Pitt County, NC. In my court documents, it says I cannot possess a weapon, but an article cited on the UNC Chapel Hill law page states that the weapons prohibition is specific to concealable weapons (i.e., Bowie knives, firearms, etc.).
