It’s been a year since I was wrongfully terminated. I couldn’t sue immediately due to lack of financial stability. Now I have the ability to sue them. Is it still possible for me to sue for this, given the issues this has caused me and my wife over the past calendar year?

I have a question regarding a Social Security Administration request for all the statements for the previous two years of an account that my name is on, but I don’t have access to. Is there any type of affidavit that I can have the actual account holder and myself sign and get notarized to show that I actually had no access to these funds — I never have — and the money in the bank account that is attached to my name actually has no access by me and has never been my funds, so it doesn’t get counted toward my Social Security income in the state of Oregon?

I have completed and paid for POAs for durable financial (general form) and Colorado medical POA. I did not include my mother’s middle name in the financial document. Also, should I have used a Colorado form instead of a general form? Lastly, I have added my brother as a secondary agent in case something happens to me. Does he need to be present at the notary?

I have a client who is sending aggressive texts, emotionally manipulative texts, gaslighting texts, verbally aggressive phone calls, and threats to slander our business. I run a successful pet-sitting business of 12 years. After 72 hours this client became hostile — we won’t abandon the dog because we feel bad for him, but the client sends a slew of wild accusational texts and we need them to stop.
