I am setting up an affidavit for someone to sign as a successor trustee. In the original trust from 1995, there was a portion of land. It has been dispersed and is no longer in the trust. When preparing the affidavit for that person as the successor trustee, do I need to list the real estate?

[FL] [FL] A condominium association is refusing to return my $1,000 deposit saying they don’t have a record of it. What can I do?

I gave a Condominium Association $1,000 deposit back in 2013 to rent the unit. It was to be withheld if any damages occurred during the tenancy of this place. Florida Statute 83.49 is in the bylaws of the Condos Association. Now they have a new management that claims they cannot find the original deposit I gave. I had to give another one, and they’re not responsible for any of the mishandling of other condominium board members. They delayed my process of renting my unit without just cause and I had to give another deposit.

I went to the ER for PVC/PAC heart rhythm issues. I voluntarily admitted myself to Via Linda Behavioral Hospital for SI concerns—said I “wouldn’t mind going to sleep and not waking up” because of pain and daily heart flutters. I was told I could check out AMA anytime, but later they said I couldn’t leave until a doctor approved it. I signed papers while extremely emotional and vulnerable. They won’t let me wear my prescribed Holter monitor. Can I sue for emotional distress, coercion, kidnapping, or something?
