I am in NJ. I went with my husband to a lawyer to witness my father's last will. The lawyer stated it doesn't matter who witnesses the will signing. I am now reading that I can be voided from the will since I am a beneficiary. Is that true?

[MI] How do I evict my son’s girlfriend if she didn’t sign a lease?

I am trying to evict my son's girlfriend. There was a verbal agreement that she would pay $500 per month, and she did for a few months, but she hasn’t paid in many months. We know we won’t get any money from her at this point—we just want her to move out. She never signed the official lease we created almost a year ago. Michigan has a “Notice to Quit to Recover Possession of Property” form, but it’s not available here. Would a Notice of Lease Termination form work?

In a divorce proceeding, what can I ask for in discovery?

What are some things I can ask for in Discovery? My husband and lawyer requested discovery for custody trial. Should I include a question on his past admitted adultery to show how it harmed and harms his time with our son? I would not like to get into mud slinging but since they asked for Discovery, interrogatories and evidence with 10 maximum for each, I assume they are going to try to throw my reactions and accusations to any repeated infidelity in my face and say it is false and I’ve harmed our son.
