[OH] What should I do if there are squatters living in a house I own?

I recently discovered people living in a run down house I own in Ohio. I had no prior knowledge of that and gave no approval for them to do so. The local police told me that I need to file for eviction in the courts. I do not know what eForm eviction form to use or how to alter it. They have no lease and pay no rent. As a matter of fact I do not know their names.

Her partner is still in Florida at an assisted living facility. I am the power of attorney for my aunt and—based on her will—the sole estate recipient. My ex-girlfriend lied to me about having cancer for over a year to cover up a lie about drinking. I sacrificed time and work to care for her. She has admitted to the lie via texts. I forgave her the cancer lie. She also stepped outside of our relationship after the cancer lie, and that broke me emotionally. Do I have a case for emotional distress, fraud, or both?

I enrolled in an employer-sponsored educational program that was marketed as career-advancing, with full salary/benefits while studying. After two semesters, I got a poor performance review citing only my participation in the program. Reviews affect my trajectory and reputation. I think that’s a breach.
