Created a deed to transfer a property in my name to a living trust. The Grantee section has a blank for Marital Status, but this is a trust. What is the proper verbiage for the classification instead of marital status? Entity?

I am looking to add another provider to our LLC who is not part of the original members. How do I add them to benefit from the profit as a form of incentive but not own a share, or own a share that can be bought back once they decide to leave the company?

Good morning! I'm a salon owner and I am doing a booth rental. That is pretty clear. I was wondering how I go about adding or another contract. I bought a building for an esthetician. I had discussed with her that she would have to sign a 3-year contract to help pay off the building and get a commitment for that. This would pay off the building and then some for me. My question is should I add a clause in the booth rental agreement or have a separate contract for that?

My father-in-law wants to sell his old house to my wife and me, but wants to save us mortgage interest by paying him directly. I want to take all the hassle of owning the home off his shoulders. Are there any means of transaction that would allow my wife and me to pay the property taxes? As far as I can find, Indiana State law doesn’t acknowledge title transfer on a lease-to-own or land contract until the wholesale price is paid.

I recently discovered people living in a run-down house I own in Ohio. I had no prior knowledge of that and did not approve for them to do so. The local police told me that I need to file for eviction in the courts. I do not know what eviction form to use or how to alter it. They have no lease and pay no rent. In fact, I do not know their names.

My 91-year-old aunt and her domestic partner own a mobile home in Cape Canaveral, Florida. They both agreed that when they could no longer care for themselves, they wanted a friend to have the house. My aunt moved to Dallas and passed away six months later. Her partner is still in Florida in an assisted living facility. I am the power of attorney for my aunt and the sole beneficiary of her estate under her will. How do I get the mobile home title and registration in their friend’s name?
