[IA] [IA] Can an officer change a report number and not tell me?

If an officer amends the report number after the warrant is served. Does the defendant have a right to know or should he write the reason for the amendment. The report number is different than the responding officer who came and interviewed witnesses with the bodycam. I knew the other officer came via FIOA not discovery. The 911 call was also not included in the report but was given in discovery.

[WI] [WI] How do I remove a ticket from my commercial record?

I am a commercial truck driver, and I was stopped in Wisconsin because someone claimed I pointed a gun at them while I was driving. I did not, and the state police/trooper verified that and released me with no violations or tickets. Fast forward — I just checked my license today because I have to renew it in October. When I did, I noticed I had a sanction to complete driver school for a reckless driving ticket in Wisconsin. I have never received any ticket, and it was already adjudicated as guilty.

I am looking to find out how I can remove my name from a jointly owned vehicle (or vehicles). The co-owner and I are no longer on speaking terms, so it’s unable to be resolved through North Carolina’s DMV. I contacted the DMV, but they said it was a legal matter.
