[TX] [TX] How do I defend myself legally for abandoning a dog?

I am in Texas and got charged with Misdemeanor A for abandoning a dog. The dog was a stray that I picked up and took to a shelter to get checked and see if they could take him. It started growling at my kid in the back, and I let it go from my car. What can I do to defend my case? This happened in Waller County.

How do I prove to Social Security that an account is not mine?

I have a question regarding a Social Security Administration request for all the statements for the previous two years of an account that my name is on, but I don’t have access to. Is there any type of affidavit that I can have the actual account holder and myself sign and get notarized to show that I actually had no access to these funds — I never have — and the money in the bank account that is attached to my name actually has no access by me and has never been my funds, so it doesn’t get counted toward my Social Security income in the state of Oregon?

What should I include in a liability waiver?

Hello, we have a large property parcel and have family and friends come to the property to camp, bike ride, hike, etc. We are very concerned about someone getting hurt or that a tree falls on their $150k motor home, etc. I have started a liability release form, but can you recommend additional text? I like the idea of a single sheet of paper and a place for the person to sign so it’s fast and not awkward for parties involved.
