[CO] [CO] How do I establish joint tenancy with my son?

I am trying to add my son's name to the title of my property in Colorado. I want the title to show joint tenancy. I'm not sure if I've completed the form correctly.

Thank you for choosing AskaLawyer! My name is Jessica, and I am a licensed attorney who will be assisting you with your question. I am reviewing your question and will be responding momentarily. Will you be applying for Medicaid coverage within the next five years? If yes, then you cannot add your son as a joint owner on the deed.

No, I hope not!
