Hello, I jointly own a house in VA, Prince William County, with my former spouse. I am completing a quit claim deed. Do both names have to appear as grantors when executing the Quitclaim deed?

[FL] [FL] A condominium association is refusing to return my $1,000 deposit saying they don’t have a record of it. What can I do?

I gave a Condominium Association $1,000 deposit back in 2013 to rent the unit. It was to be withheld if any damages occurred during the tenancy of this place. Florida Statute 83.49 is in the bylaws of the Condos Association. Now they have a new management that claims they cannot find the original deposit I gave. I had to give another one, and they’re not responsible for any of the mishandling of other condominium board members. They delayed my process of renting my unit without just cause and I had to give another deposit.

My 91-year-old aunt and her domestic partner own a mobile home in Cape Canaveral, FL. Both agreed that when they could no longer care for themselves and continue living there, they wanted a friend to have the home. My aunt moved to Dallas and passed away 6 months later. Her partner is still in Florida at an assisted living facility. I am the power of attorney for my aunt and—based on her will—the sole estate recipient. How do I get the mobile home title and registration in their friend's name?

My mother has property in Georgia that she wants to give to me. There is a remaining balance on the mortgage that I would like to assume, but because of the type of loan, I cannot assume the loan. I have been given information on how to transfer the deed over to me through a warranty deed, and from there I can refinance the loan. Is the warranty deed form the appropriate form to use for this type of situation?
