You can use any of these state-specific templates as a basic general addendum where you fill in the terms you need to change or extend:

  1. Addendum to Contract 1
  2. Addendum to FAR/BAR Contract for Sale and Purchase (ACSP-4)
  3. Addendums to FAR/BAR Contract

It does not matter if the addendum matches the source contract form exactly. Any of the three links above will work fine for your needs.

I understand you're looking to modify the inspection date and closing date on your residential purchase agreement.

Have you already discussed these changes with the other party involved?

Yes, I have already discussed it with the buyer.

Are there any specific deadlines or timeframes you need to consider when adjusting the inspection and closing dates?

We just want to extend the inspection and closing dates by 10 days.

Is there anything else the Real Estate Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured, they'll be able to help with your requested modifications.
